Accreditation of mass-media representatives for the "Transport week - 2011"
is opened from the 5-th of October 2011 till the 18-th of November 2011
To get accreditation you have to download and fill the form. The completed form would be sent to e-mail: tanya@izdatelstvo-dorogi.ru.
- We pay your attention that all fields of the form are obligatory for filling. If the quantity of the data is insufficient, the form is considered incorrect and it is not accepted to consideration. The information about a condition of your accreditation inquiry and also other additional data will be sent on the electronic address specified as contact.
- Accreditation is given under condition of the obligatory publication of a material/ broadcast of a television plot about "Transport week - 2011" with a mention of the organizer – the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. We ask you to meet this condition, and also to give copies of the published materials to the address tanya@izdatelstvo-dorogi.ru.
- Delivery accreditation badges are carried out on a registration place of mass-media.
- We can offer you accreditation badge only if you realize the following cases:
- in the presence of the confirmed accreditation in a database of "Transport week - 2011";
- at a passport presentation (the given passports should coincide with specified in a database of the "Transport week – 2011")
Accredited journalist is obliged:
- to check reliability of the information is given by him;
- to accept request of the persons who have given the information about derection on information source and also about authorisation of the quoted statement if it is announced for the first time;
- at reception of the information from citizens and officials to inform them about audio- and videorecording, film- and photographings;
- under the first requirement to show the editorial certificate or other document proving the identity and powers of the journalist at professional work realisation
- not to use the professional possibilities with a view of concealment of the information or falsification of socially significant information, distribution of hearings under the pretext of authentic messages, gathering of the information in favour of the extraneous person or the organization which are not mass-media;
- not to photo - and videorecording on request of representatives of security services of the "Transport week - 2011".
The representative of mass-media performs also other duties established by the legislation of the Russian Federation about mass-media.
Accreditation gives the opportunity to visit all events provided by the program for mass-media and to receive information materials for mass-media during carrying out of all events of the "Transport week - 2011".
Accreditation is not given to employees of marketing, advertising departments and also subscription departments.
The official information operator of "Transport week - 2011" is the official publication of the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation newspaper "Transport of Russia".
